1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Growing Executive Skills online course (the "Course"), offered by Illumination + Inspiration ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Course and must discontinue use immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Your continued use of the Course constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto.

2. Nature of the Course

THE COURSE IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Course content represents general information about executive functioning and parenting strategies and does not constitute:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Psychological, psychiatric, or mental health services
• Clinical assessment or therapeutic intervention
• Professional counseling or therapy
• Special education or individualized educational programming
• A substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare providers

No therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other professional-client relationship is created between you and the Company, its owners, employees, or affiliates through your use of the Course.

3. Course Access and License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of enrollment ("Access Period"). This license is granted solely to you as an individual and may not be shared, sublicensed, assigned, or transferred to any other person or entity.

You expressly agree that you will not:

• Share your login credentials with any third party
• Allow any other person to access the Course using your account
• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute Course materials
• Use Course content in any professional practice, training, or commercial setting
• Create derivative works based on Course content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

4. Payment Terms and No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Due to the digital nature of the Course and the immediate access granted to all Course materials upon purchase, the Company maintains a strict no-refund policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the Course curriculum and description prior to purchase
• You understand that digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed
• You waive any right to request a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute
• You accept full responsibility for your purchasing decision

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, your access to the Course will be immediately terminated, and the Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, audio, worksheets, templates, methodologies, and other materials (collectively, "Course Content"), is the exclusive property of Illumination + Inspiration and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Course Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, performed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorized use of Course Content may result in civil and criminal penalties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE COURSE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE COURSE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS
• WARRANTIES THAT THE COURSE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS OR OUTCOMES FROM USE OF THE COURSE

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Course is at your sole risk. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness, suitability, or applicability of any strategies, techniques, or information presented in the Course.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
• PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
• EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HARM
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON COURSE CONTENT
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES OR TECHNIQUES
• DAMAGES RELATED TO YOUR CHILD'S BEHAVIOR, DEVELOPMENT, OR WELLBEING

ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE COURSE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE COURSE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Course
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your implementation of any strategies, techniques, or information from the Course
• Any claim that your use of Course content caused damage to a third party

9. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your use of the Course and implementation of any strategies, techniques, or information contained therein. You understand that:

• Every child and family situation is unique
• Results will vary based on individual circumstances
• The Course is not a substitute for professional evaluation or treatment
• You are solely responsible for decisions regarding your child's care
• You should consult qualified professionals for specific concerns

10. Modifications to Course and Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Course following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Course and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
